Cancellations
48 hours' notice is required to cancel. Late cancellations are charged at 50%, and no-shows at the full treatment price.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be adjusted so we can stay on schedule for everyone.
Payment
We welcome cash, debit and credit cards. We're unable to accept cheques.
Patch tests
Lash, brow tint and henna treatments may need a patch test 24 hours before your visit, particularly for new clients.

The salon doesn’t have its own parking, but there are three car parks within a couple of minutes’ walk of our door at 70 Wharf Road.

Iceland Customer Car Park
2 minute walk · surface · pay & displayBest for a quick visit of under an hour. Driving from Navigation Road onto Wharf Road, it’s on your right just past the salon.
Evening appointments
After 6pm the single yellow line on Wharf Road is generally free to park on, which is handy for a late slot. Restrictions do vary from street to street and change from time to time, so please read the nearest sign before you leave the car — the times on the road signs are what count.
